Conditions of Service
Period of stay
This is subject to availability, except when stated otherwise. The standard minimum stay is of two nights. It is of three consecutive nights on the following dates:
- Carnival – Saturday, Sunday, Monday previous to Carnival day
- Father’s day, between March 18th and 20th
- Easter Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Christmas, between December 22nd and 25th (choose 3)
- New Year, between December 29th and January 1st (choose 3).
The posted prices are visible when checking the calendar, taking into account the following extra discounts:
- Four nights, 3%
- Seven nights, 9%
- Four weeks, 30%
When checking in, the total value of the say must be agreed up, and the first payment must be made to formalize the reserve. It is also paid at that time the security deposit, depending on the appartment/building’s current inventory. On check out, after everything checks out, this value will be returned.
Reservation and cancellation policy
The booking process is simple and takes place as follows: after availability check for the desired date where the is indicated the reference daily value and provided clarification by phone and/or email about any questions, we ask you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the reservation, showing clearly the dates (nights) you want to check-in and check-out. It is also necessary that you inform us of the name and telephone contact. On the way back you will receive an email response with all the appropriate information. Since we do not use the credit card format, to mutually and definitely ensure the booking, it is necessary to carry out, within 3 days, payment of a signal to the account indicated in the email above, the amount corresponding to 30% of the total amount.
Accepted bookings include the possibility of cancellation (or no show) in a flexible format, as follows:
- Up to 30 days before check-in, there will be no deduction, and the signal will be refunded in its entirety;
- Between 30 and 15 days before, half of the signal delivered will be refunded;
- Less than 15 days, there is no room for any return values.
Horário de chegada e partidas
There is flexibility in arrival and departure times, following the following general guidance:
- Check-in between 3:00 pm and the 7:00 pm
- Check-out between the 9:00 and the 11:00
Amenities and Cleanliness
É condição de acolhimento entregar o apartamento, à chegada, completamente limpo, arrumado e com todas as facilidades indicadas na apresentação individual. Para estadias superiores a 4 dias e até 1 semana, é feita uma limpeza superficial sensivelmente a meio do período. Para estadias superiores a 1 semana será efectuada uma limpeza total com substituição de toalhas e lençóis por cada semana.
It is a condition to turn over the apartment upon arrival, completely clean, tidy and with all the facilities listed in individual presentation. For stays longer than 4 days and up to 1 week, a superficial cleaning is made at roughly halfway. For stays longer than 1 week, a clean sweep with replacement of towels and sheets will be made every week.
Although we work towards better security of people and goods, there are external services providers, as well as the presence of other guests. Thus, the management of “Porto.arte guest apartments” cannot take responsibility for any valuables left inside or in common spaces. In this context, it should be noted that there is a safe in all apartments.
